The Role: We’re looking for a B2B SEO & Content Specialist to join the team at LoSasso. In this role, you’ll be the connector between content, search optimization, and social activation—helping clients maximize their visibility and the impact of their content. You’ll help optimize B2B content for search engines and target audience engagement, craft strategies for social activation, and use analytics to measure and improve performance.
You will be a subject matter expert helping support our client facing account team with strategy and best practice guidance. What You’ll Do:
- SEO Strategy: Develop and execute SEO strategies that drive organic growth, including keyword research, content optimization, and recommendations for on-site improvements.
- Social Media Support: Create and support the implementation of social media strategies to amplify content visibility and engagement on LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and other key B2B channels.
- Annual Content Planning: Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and leverage audience insights to identify high-value topics and optimize the editorial calendar, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Content Development: Provide data-driven guidance for content briefs, including keyword targeting, meta data, and internal linking strategies, while ensuring adherence to SEO best practices to maximize visibility and engagement.
- Analytics & Reporting: Analyze performance metrics across SEO, social, and content campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
- Content Audits: Conduct audits to identify opportunities for refreshing or repurposing content for both SEO and social relevance.
- Trend Spotting: Stay on top of B2B marketing trends, algorithm updates, and emerging best practices in SEO and social media to keep strategies fresh and effective.
- Competitive Research: Conduct keyword and competitor analysis to uncover gaps and opportunities for differentiation.
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in SEO, social media strategy, and content marketing, with a strong focus on B2B.
- Proven expertise in optimizing content for SEO, including keyword research, metadata, and technical best practices.
- Strong understanding of B2B social media platforms (especially LinkedIn) and experience running campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with hands-on experience using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Sprout Social or similar tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly to internal teams and clients.
- Familiarity with B2B buyer personas, sales cycles, and customer journeys.
- Ability to translate data into actionable strategies and content improvements.
- Bonus: Experience with paid search or additional digital marketing channels.
